Permit Engineering Services, Inc. was founded in 1994 to meet the growing demand for professional engineering design present in South Florida. PES handles jobs requiring precast concrete panels for a variety of residential and commercial structures.

The company has rapidly expanded its operations. PES engineers structures utilizing tilt-up concrete, including massive commercial projects like shopping malls. PES also handles conventional buildings on a regular basis, as well.

PES is most commonly responsible for the production of panel shop drawings and other services to the prefabricated concrete construction industry.
